In 2021, Trans Paramount will be celebrated its 12th anniversary. I would like to thank all our stakeholders for making this possible through their heartfelt support. There is nothing more drastic than what we have experienced since early 2020. Almost everyone is affected by the coronavirus pandemic, by threatening people’s health and the economy on a global scale.

In Trans Paramount, we intend to return to our founding spirit expressed in our business philosophy, “we care about the customers by serving the best quality that we could.” Based on this mindset, Trans Paramount will contribute through its business activities to the early establishment of the “new normal,” a new lifestyle in the “with coronavirus” and “post-coronavirus” worlds.

Specifically, we are now working to create innovative services and solutions centred on E-Commerce and E-Procurement system. As we focus efforts in these areas, we will take the initiative in building more products which responding to the soaring needs in society amid the Covid-19 pandemic.

2020 was an ambitious year that everyone was looking forward to. WAWASAN 2020 gave people hope for the future, however, reality has totally diverged from what we have imagined. The COVID-19 outbreak has affected all industries, putting us in difficult positions for our future plans and development. We are forced to adapt our business directions under these unprecedented conditions.

Trans Paramount has entered its 12th year and we have renovated our products and services. In addition to building the required technology infrastructure, we strive to cultivate team talents to stay at the forefront of technology innovation in the industry. In 2021, we are in the race against time, for the very first time we will transform our online services into subscription based services to speed up efficiency and also reduce our lead time by 50%.

"We CARE FOR YOUR CUSTOMERS" is what we always stand by. We are looking forward to fulfilling and delivering our technology innovation and services by utilizing big data technology to improve social services. Apart from C2C, we are currently gearing up to provide input for B2B procurement services. Automation is the new reality for big data initiatives, thus we aim to improvise the experience in the era of automation to serve customer’s needs in all industries.
